Special and/or sensitive personal data we process
Our website and/or service does not intend to collect information about website visitors under the age of 16, unless they have permission from a parent or guardian. However, we cannot check whether a visitor to our site is older than 16. We therefore encourage parents to monitor their children’s online activities to prevent their children’s data being collected without parental consent. If you believe that we have collected personal information of a minor without that prior consent, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will delete that information.
For what purpose and on what basis do we process personal data?
TREBLA processes your personal data for the following purposes:
TREBLA does not make decisions on matters that could have (significant) consequences for individuals on the basis of automated processing operations. This could include decisions made by computer programs or systems, without an actual person (e.g. an employee of TREBLA) being involved.
How long does TREBLA store personal data?
TREBLA will not retain your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected.
Sharing personal data with third parties
TREBLA does not sell your information to third parties and will only provide it if this is necessary for the execution of our contract with you or to comply with a legal obligation. We enter into a processing contract with companies that process your data on our behalf (such as an accounting firm/an accountant) in order to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. TREBLA remains responsible for these operations.
